Abstract: Psychological feature hidden behind linguistic cover that people want to express is nothing but their observation and evaluation of objects and phenomena in the objective world under the impacts of thinking methods and concepts of values in accordance with national culture. Psychological linguistics describes this feature in correlation with the tendency that ideology and emotion are included in meanings of the chosen lexical units.
